“I just purchased a recliner. I did it over the phone because of mobility issues. It arrived yesterday exactly as described. It is incredibly comfortable and I can tell it will last along time. The staff went above and beyond to get the chair to me and they were genuinely friendly and patient. It is worth paying a bit more for extremely high quality. I am very happy with my decision.
