I've travelled many places to eat and this burger is in my top 10 for sure. I got the chicken breast burger with the cheesy melt and mushroom sauce. “Perfect location and size for my son's 21st. They already have lights, screen, mic, Ipad for music (or DJ booth) set up - too easy. You can bring in your own food or pre-order bar snacks from Dakota downstairs. Amazing staff, especially George who took care of everything on the night, nothing was too much trouble. I hired The Powwow Room (and mirrorme photo booth) through The Wellington Entertainment Group. Nik and Zak were extremely helpful and communicative in the weeks leading up to the party. Would recommend.”

“Absolutely amazing cupcake and pie!! Possibly the best potato top I've ever had. The scones smelled amazing when I came in too. Will definitely come back for more. Also loved how seasonal the goodies and decorations are, and that there's the option to eat outside. Fully recommend for anyone in Newlands craving good cafe food.”

“My go-to lunch restaurant. The food here is delicious, great quality and good value for money. The staff are very friendly and offer great service and the restaurant is always clean. They also have some delicious vegetarian options. Highly recommend the vegetarian don if you don't eat meat.”

“Another hidden gem of a Cafe off Molesworth Street, in the old DIA building ground floor. The coffee is strong and consistently good. Food options including daily fresh fluffy cheese scones are excellent. Healthy options are also available from helpful staff. Prices are very reasonable.”

“This place is AWESOME. The food was outstanding, and beautifully cooked. The only let down is the photos on the menu doesnt do there food justice. They paid for a professional shoot but what they got looks like a 5 year old took the pics. If the photographer is reading this feedback...do the right thing and set it right oh yeah and give yourself 10000000 upper cuts. Staff were awesome as well. Well done team, ill definately will be coming back for sure.”

“Love this place. The owners are so nice and the food is so yummy. They always answer the phone and then the food is ready in 10 minutes. Even my cat loves the orange beef. She eats it all in 30 seconds flat. Crazy impressive!”

“Amazing! We had the high brunch which was delicious, dainty, generous and everything I always wanted in a high tea without all the sugar over load of a usual high tea. I loved having so many little savoury treats, fruit and chia pudding. Also a lovely quiet atmosphere so we could talk easily to each other. Total win in every way!”
