But not only that, the staff were professional, knew what they were doing, and paid careful attention to my needs. I was actually on the way to Barkers, but very glad I never made it because this was a brilliant and much superior alternative.

I went in not knowing any more than a white shirt is white, Robert gave me all the knowledge on what looks good and what doesn't. I really appreciated his criticism where it was required. I ended up with a suit I feel marvelous wearing to even better Henry Cavill. Easily the best place I've been to and would highly recommend going in to see Robert if you're in the market for a good suit at a great price.

Recieved great service today, the two guys were very helpful, knowledge and experienced. Also everything we brought was a very good price! I just wanted to congratulate Russ for absolute 5 star service today. Went in to buy a blazer for a wedding that's coming up soon ended walking out with the matching pants, shirt and a smile on my face. I was very impressed when Russ qualified my needs and took me to the best suits for me, his confidence in the products he sold instilled me with confidence in his advice. It was great to see someone in customer service that doesn't just read the label of the product and recite it back to customers, he explained why he made these choices and how they best suited my application. 5/5 would highly recommend if you want expert advice and prompt service
Couple of months ago, my partner and I went in to find him a suit for an upcoming wedding. This was the first time either of us had walked into a proper suit store but Robert was kind enough to walk my partner through the different shades of black and gave some solid advice. Although we didn't end up buying anything, Robert made us (especially my partner) feel comfortable in leaving the store without having made a purchase. We actually returned today to buy a suit from Robert and experienced hands down one the best customer service either of us had ever encountered.
