I tried Caci Porirua’s signature chemical peel and unfortunately it didn’t give me any results. My skin looked exactly the same afterwards, which was really disappointing considering the way the treatment is promoted. The staff were polite and the clinic itself was fine, but it seems like you have to spend alot of money on a lot of sessions before seeing any real results. For me, it just wasn’t worth the money.

Unfortunately, my experience at Caci Porirua didn’t quite meet my expectations. The staff didn’t seem as experienced as those at other clinics I’ve been to, and they often appeared hesitant or unsure about carrying out certain treatments. Consultations felt rushed and lacked the personal touch I’ve come to expect elsewhere. At times, it felt more like I was being moved through a process than genuinely looked after. I’ve decided not to return, as there are other clinics in Wellington that offer a more confident, attentive, and professional experience.
Stacey is very informative, reassuring and no question is an issue for her. She is also attentive as to what the clients desired outcome is. I haven't felt pressured to purchase products or deals or to be upsold into things that I haven't really wanted (which is a change from some beauty providers!) and she is very realistic as to what you can expect with various outcomes and treatments. Very happy customer!
Stacey is great, welcoming, reassuring, and makes you feel very comfortable. And I’m getting wonderful results with the treatments she has been doing for me. Highly recommend Caci Porirua.
Really impressed with the service we received. The registered nurse Stacey is lovely and made sure to do a thorough medical history as I have complex medical conditions. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. I am happy with the result so far and look forward to more improvements after my next appointments. I signed up for a plan and love how I don't have to think about the cost as it goes out of my bank every week at an affordable rate.
