“Amazing service, staff members and results! We couldn’t ask for anything more! We’ve been going to Refresh for about 8 months whilst living in Papamoa. Whether it be nails, waxing, shaping or anything else Gill and the gils have treated us like queens! Walking into refresh is the most welcoming and non judgemental beauty salon I’ve ever been too, certainly beating out some of the top Salons in London. No matter who you are or what you look like the girls are there to make you feel like you belong and there is zero judgement which I personally was very appreciative about! The girls are extremely well versed in beauty treatments, work hard and are definitely worthy of medals when they figure out how to make us look human again after months of travelling. We are very sorry to not be visiting again for a while due to moving overseas but they’ll be the first stop when we return to Papamoa. It’s going to be an incredible challenge to find a salon as wonderful, but we look forward to coming back! To Gill and the girls, Thank you!”

The hair dressers are so amazing and did such a great job, I just love my new hair colour. “Very nicely appointed rooms. I don't tend to fall asleep easily but the bed, pillows, and linen were perfection and I slept better than I have in months. Location is great, a very short walk to shops, eateries etc... Bonus points for the fair trade hot drink provisions and the Forest and Bird toiletry products. Definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again.”

“Had an amazing stay in one of the two bedroom apartments this weekend! The facilities are awesome! Shower pressure is great! Washing machine and dryer and dishwasher provided! The pool and spa were such a treat. The place was quiet and even though there were no other vacancies, we didn’t pass a single person on the foyer or corridors. The beds are super comfy and the aircon was lovely as it was muggy over the weekend. A massive thanks to Toni for organising our last minute stay and adding our niece on last minute. She gave us extra bedding for the couch bed and added a small fee. Toni was an amazing host and we felt well taken care of - being from out of town. She was extremely welcoming to us and we cannot wait to come back! We will be back! ♥️♥️”

It’s not about being the top looking with fake trees its about kids being kids, creating, building, exploring their own native bush weekly! Pony rides, hatching chickens and swimming in the spa! We can’t recommend kidiwise enough we love the imagination it lets our son have and the teachers who support him.”
