   What an amazing experience I have recently had at Caci Pāpāmoa. I have recently changed from another service and I was so impressed with the professionalism and kindness. As soon as you walk In the door everyone knows your name and makes you feel at home. The therapists are so knowledgeable and answer all your questions with ease! I highly recommend if you want to feel like a queen go treat yourself.

   Absolutely love Caci Papamoa! The girls here are beyond amazing, so welcoming, friendly, and professional. I had the best facial I've ever experienced, my skin felt incredible afterwards and the whole experience was so relaxing. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to make you feel special. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to treat themselves, such a beautiful vibe and exceptional service!

   I went in for a facial at Caci Clinic Papamoa and had such an incredible experience. As soon as I walked in, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the space itself is absolutely beautiful. Rikki did my facial and she was amazing — so knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive. I felt completely relaxed (I actually almost fell asleep!). she focused on making sure I was comfortable and cared for throughout the treatment. The owner, Holly, was also there and was so lovely and friendly. You can really feel how much care goes into this clinic — from the team to the environment. I couldn’t recommend Caci Clinic enough

   The team at Caci Papamoa are honestly the best! They’re so real, down to earth, and never pushy. I love that they actually listen, work with your budget, and give honest advice instead of trying to upsell you on stuff you don’t need. The clinic has such a calm, welcoming vibe and everyone makes you feel comfortable straight away. My skin’s already looking so much better and I always leave feeling looked after and confident. Can’t recommend them enough, such a good team who genuinely care!

   I've been a Caci Clinics customer for over 25 years, and my latest visit to the Papamoa clinic on Tara Road was exceptional. Holly and her team were friendly, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. They listened to my needs, offered honest advice, and didn't push any unnecessary extras. If you're looking for professional therapists who truly care, I'd highly recommend Caci Papamoa. I'm so impressed that I'll travel from out of town for my treatments going forward!

   Not happy at all was told one thing then got something different, I've paid over $700. And it doesn't even look like I had anything done a month later I asked abot the deposit I paid and the extra $340 but was told u have all the money u have paid in ur face botox I'm talking about it's just a rip off not what I thought I was getting for all that money not going back.very unhappy she won't even ring me back.

   We had an agreement and it wasn't followed as soon as I did the first payment. Was charged as an extra treatment. 100% disappointed. I can't totally review their works assuming I stopped the treatment but the first treatment made any difference (waste of money and time). Anyway just be aware with verbal agreement, write down and be safe.

Absolutely no pressure to buy anything or sign up, promoting to finish the products you currently own before purchasing more. The treatment was amazing and I left the store with glowing skin. Very excited to start my journey with Caci.
