   Popped in awhile back to get some treatment options on hyper pigmentation / acne scarring, left feeling quite confused as I wasn’t sure what exactly I was getting, I understood the cooldown period with getting micro needling done / rebuilding the skins barrier after taking accutane but they never explained what treatments I was booked in for and just seemed to push the subscription / plan that they had in place, Sure they were friendly enough but a better explanation in regards to what I was getting at the time I was booked I would have been great, was still going I’m blind, appreciate it either way, thanks anyway.

   Mixed feeling experiences! My skin has lots of acnes and quite sensitive. On the first day, after the face-scanning, they offered the 12 session LED light therapy to reduce my inflammation first before getting into any treatment. The therapy seems to reduce the inflammation (but not really sure cuz we didnt have the scan on final session) Throughout the therapy, I got really bad bad breakouts. I mean I had lots of acnes, but this amount of breakout never happened before. My family and partner got really concerned and told me to get off the treatment. But I was like ‘trust the process’ and the therapist said it was normal to have that (the purge..) At the end of 12-session, I refused to try other further treatment. After 2 weeks, my skin stopped having mass breakouts. It’s healing slowly, but there lots of dark spots left from the treatment. RESULT: reduce inflammation (just from normal eye view, not machine scan). Lots of dark deep spot. My face look worse than before the treatment (like disaster) PRICE: ExPenSiveeee ($100 for 30-min session). Therapist just have the LED light on and give me 15’ neck-shoulder massage. So, my $1,200 went to water drain for nothing (even worse). PRODUCT: actually quite good. I like it. (1-star for this) STAFF: very friendly, good product recommendations (1-star for this). But the treatment didn’t work out. So, might not be that helpful. My stupidity is that I forgot to take photo before and after, so I cant show you. CONCLUSION: I wouldn’t or would not recommend this treatment.

   I walked in feeling abit apprehensive about my skin concerns and nervous for the skin consultation the girls at caci gave me- Lots of great advice, we’re very empathetic to my situation, we’re honest in their communication and all have a lovely demeanour about them both my skin consultation and therapist I saw were knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me and really listened to what I wanted out of the appointment. Warm and inviting from moment I walked into clinic. I highly Rec Caci Tauranga.
