“Blue Cottage has been incredible community to be part of. What a wonderful childcare environment with such caring staff from the front desk to those working daily with the children. My son had some allergies and the team were incredibly accommodating for us in the trial and error it took to get through that stage. I so appreciated it. There is nothing better for a parent than leaving with full peace of mind your child is ok. Would highly recommend!”

“Our experiences at Kaleidoscope has been amazing. After 4 years with Kaleidoscope, we are very sad to say goodbye as our girl heads off to school. Kaleidoscope staff have been nothing but welcoming, supportive, friendly and loving all while providing a stable educational setting for our daughter to grow and flourish into the individual she is. They have always taken the time to support her in her interests and develop her with skills that have set her up for a smooth transition into school. I would recommend Kaleidoscope to anyone who is looking for a home away from home.”

“Had the most amazing experience recently! On the 10th September I went in an was served by I delightful man who was talkative, kind and ultimately talked me into buying a 3 in one girls jacket. Unfortunately my car got broken into that Friday and the jacket was stolen. I rang up to enquire about getting a digital receipt send through and I was greeted by a delightful lady who was so kind and helpful (she even rang me back to make sure I recieved my receipt). I am actually blown away by the outstanding customer service! Thanks guys!!”

“Laser tag is great! Had a group of 13 adults for a birthday and it was still a decently spacious arena for us all. Staff were great too! Called in advance to book it out as we were a bigger group.”

“Went there for the AIMS games. What a fantastic arena. Very easy to get to and because the start of the games were inside and they were playing footsall, you were out of the bad weather. The large inside area was split into 9 courts, so you had to be watchful when you were there or you could end up by being hit by a ball.”

“The place itself is fantastic! A cute little village vibe to wander and engage with local artists and businesses. Unfortunately we went to the cafe and I chose the salmon quiche- which turned out to be a bacon quiche. There was no salmon in the quiche at all, just the one piece on the top. So our dogs enjoyed a treat, while I got a bad taste in my mouth about the Cafe there.”

“We wanted to say a massive thank you to Nyree in the furniture department for her exceptional service. When we called at 9:30am about a warranty claim, she went above and beyond by immediately contacting the supplier and arranging a direct replacement. By 10:45am - just over an hour later - our new item was ready for pickup at Tauranga Farmers. Her efficiency and dedication to resolving our issue so quickly was truly outstanding. “Quiet this evening, how anyone would love to stay over, not over stay.. Green and fresh air, animals and their pet humans enjoying the grassy field with their balls. Young men having fun together with determination and energetic in the sense of progression, no doubt.. Great to witness positivity tbh. We care big ears!”
