   We enjoyed our dining experience with Mount Social Club!! Decor was perfect for location had a cruisey, beach vibe. Food was amazing we got the shank and steak and started with the garlic bread. Would recommend to others ☺️ used first table and got 50% off our meals.

   I pre-booked our lunch via first table. After the movies we came in to have lunch for my daughters 9th birthday with her friends. We were warmly greeted by the host, with our tables reserved in a nice eating area. Our meals came out promptly and were very delicious. I especially loved my mocktail the dream catcher. 10/10 I am going to make me one at home lol The girls enjoyed thier meals and deserts. They were reasonably priced and the servings were generous. We would happily come back again. If I could give any suggestions I would consider doing a paint over of the entrance and outdoor furniture to lift the look at face value. It will get more attention. A few light features and plants in the front will boost its appearence too. Thank you for your hospitality, we look forward to coming again The Rewiri-Ulufonua family - Whakatāne

   We took the family in for a late lunch. I had the chicken burger, it was excellent. The service was fast and friendly, I requested a side of aioli, it was delivered within a minute. The decor was quirky with lots of things for the kids to look at. The atmosphere was welcoming and fun, some good music and with the gas heaters on we were kept nice and warm even though it was a cold day outside.

   Quirky decor, but we really liked it. Good whiskey, great service. Really nice to have open on a Sunday night. Recommend and hope to return soon. Update: Our group came for dinner and it was fantastic. Crispy duck, Moroccan lamb, beef steak. Wonderful. I can't rate it high enough. Wait and bar staff were fantastic, and the chef was very talented. Planning on returning soon. 31 March 2023: Prices have cranked up, meals have become significantly smaller in quantity and cooked to disappointment. Honestly, better off heading to the fish and chip shop.

   We went here with First Table and our experience was wonderful. The music and vibe of the place was really groovy. The bar-tend was very friendly and made us feel at home. The food here is incredible! Best burgers in town, they are delicious! We also tried an omelette with salmon and it was delightful. Great place with lots of weekly events.

   Food - amazing! The chef shows the great passion for cooking through the quality of the food and also the presentation. Drinks - Great mocktail, and again, the presentation too! Customer service - impressive! All the waitresses were friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great time here. Highly recommended if you come to Tauranga.
