I work in customer service and know what great service looks like but Jeff and Craig at Farmer Auto village Papamoa have just proved themselves worthy of the next level recognition. During work hours, they, along with their technicians worked solidly to get mine and my daughter's cars perfect, and communicated thoroughly with all progress. However, it was OUTSIDE of work hours that they both jumped in to help me with a scary situation that was both urgent and important to me. Tanya was also amazing at coordinating throughout. It was their day off and they both jumped in to help me. They saved the day, and I'm so grateful. I won't be going anywhere else and I recommend anyone reading this review goes to Farmer Auto Village also.”

I believe having a complete service history adds to the long term value of a car so I'm very happy to get the replacement book and have my faith in Toyota restored.”
