During work hours, they, along with their technicians worked solidly to get mine and my daughter's cars perfect, and communicated thoroughly with all progress. However, it was OUTSIDE of work hours that they both jumped in to help me with a scary situation that was both urgent and important to me. Tanya was also amazing at coordinating throughout. It was their day off and they both jumped in to help me. They saved the day, and I'm so grateful. They went out of their way to courier me a replacement service book, including details of the services they had done, even though I didn't buy the car from them and it's no longer serviced by them because of distance. The original service record was "misplaced" by another Toyota dealer during a recent service. I believe having a complete service history adds to the long term value of a car so I'm very happy to get the replacement book and have my faith in Toyota restored.”
