Sometimes there's a wait when it's very busy but buying uniforms isn't a simple process and it's a small store so obviously it won't always be quick, but they are open plenty of hours so can always pop back.”

Three times I’ve had to bring my utes in unannounced because of odd mechanical issues, and they’ve been completely accommodating each time, somehow managing to work me into their busy schedule with no complaints or extra charges. “Karen has been our family pharmacist for decades and has consistently been excellent, but recently managed to out-do even her stellar baseline. Whilst arranging for an elderly family member to transition into residential care we had some issues getting the correct scripting sorted. Karen went out of her way to make sure that we had the correct medications arranged on short notice, despite several frustrating complications getting the correct scripts from the medical centre. She made a complicated and stressful situation much better. She is excellent at having and advising about the right over the counter medications as well as sourcing anything she doesn't have in stock. I have consistently been impressed with how quickly she can source non-standard medications and supplements. Her staff are also friendly and knowledgeable, and if you have left getting a gift too late there are always great options here too. Overall, if there was a way to give more than 5 stars, I would as I cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough.”

“I absolutely loved my experience shopping at Flo and Frankie Queensgate. The team were so helpful, suggesting lovely pieces and how to bring them all together into multiple outfits, and I bought them all! Anna and Vanessa both helped me find the most iconic and timeless outfits, that I will keep and wear time and time again. Despite the store being super busy that day, they made sure to check on me while I was trying on various items, get different sizes and help me to decide on a funeral outfit for my Dad's funeral that week. I can tell that they truly care about the customer experience. I highly recomend this lovely team, who also showcase the range in what they wear each day and are inspirational with thier style, but also how they add their own accessories to give it thier own personal touch. So gorgeous! I am surprised by some of these other reviews as I do not believe this is a typical experience. (Perhaps they are all perfect people in all circumstances huh ;)?)”

“Lewis C at the queensgate store today was friendly and awesome!! (Name taken from my receipt) My family and I went in at a super hectic time and were all good to wait a while for assistance as everyone was busy with customers. Managing a retail store myself, I know it can be hard to get to everyone when the customers out number the staff in a big way-but Lewis made sure everyone around him was being looked after and constantly checked in on us, as well as keeping us in the loop if he was going to be a couple mins longer than normal getting my son his shoes or checking sizes on the computer as he had 2-3 customers to look after at the same time as us. We would have been totally understanding if he hadn’t said anything along those lines as we could see he was busy, but it really stood out to us that he took something like that into consideration and he built really great rapport with my 9 year old. I haven’t had customer service like his in a really long time and If my store wasn’t a space that only hires female staff, I would have 100% approached him for my own store haha!”

“We had the TCC Big Breakfast. The food was deliciously. Eggs were a little over done but the chutney was exceptional. Not sure about onion rings on a breakfast though. Coffees arrived as we finished which was different to AU but makes more sense to not have finished your drink before your meal arrives. The coffees were perfect. Thanks”
