He noticed as soon as I entered the store the heavy textbooks I was carrying and straight away offered me a bag to put them in, he has a hilarious humor too!! He was so helpful with finding the right shoe size for me, I went into Hype to buy a new pair of shoes as the boots I was wearing were giving me real bad blisters. He was so patient with me and super understanding. He’s a real superstar! I hope he gets promoted to a higher position, he deserves it!! More than customer service, he is genuinely just a sweet human being :) Thank you to him!!”
