“I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I really felt I had to share my experience at Skechers, Queensgate. I had a wonderful visit today. A young lady named Vandhana served me, and she was absolutely amazing. I tried around six pairs of shoes, and while some people might get irritated with that, she stayed so patient, active, and helpful the whole time always with a smile. I ended up buying three pairs of shoes and left feeling genuinely happy with the customer service I received. I had visited the store last Monday and, honestly, the experience was a little disappointing. But today was completely different this time it was amazing”

“Ordered two new pairs - my last two pairs literally snapped within days of each other - I ended up wearing different jandals on each foot. They were about 18 months old. But I bit the bullet again and purchased another two pairs. The delivery was speedy and arrived on working day #2 after a weekend order. “Went in today with my family as i saw you had a sale on shoes, was looking for some new kicks for the kids but unfortunately there were no sizes available for the ones we wanted - no big deal. The staff member that was serving us was absolutely lovely and really helpful, I'm not too sure of her name (long dark hair) she was working the front this late afternoon. Honestly hands down the nicest person that has ever helped us, she was so kind to my 5 year old daughter - my child practically wouldn't let her go. Also i must mention it wasn't just us that she was exceptional with, a few other customers came in while we were browsing around and we took notice how polite/helpful she was to every customer. “I highly recommend Dance Attic (I would give it a 10 star rating if I could). Felicia is an amazing person who is extremely knowledgeable about dance shoes. She really knows everything about dance shoes and people's feet, and how people's feet change during the day etc., so she really understands how to find people the best sized shoes. Her shop has a plethora of shoes and knee pads and several other dance related items. The store is piled high with shoes and boxes, which I am guessing is why some reviewers thought the store might be closed. Do note that the 07 number for the shop no longer works and will not be answered, so you will need to call the cell phone number instead if you want to call. I highly recommend this shop. I will return every time I need dance shoes.”
