I have a really hard time finding jeans I like but the two people working yesterday were so AMAZING!! They really knew their stock and spent literally an hour listening to what I didn’t like and suggesting another paid. Went away with two pairs of pants that I LOVE!
Really lovely staff from start to finish. But also super helpful. Partner wasnt sure about a dress and they gave detailed feedback and we ended up going somewhere else as it didn't quite fit right. Really attentive overall and they found us a few other items that suited! Thanks so much.

Staff was trying to rip me off. Jacket was on 40% off but the lady told me to pay full price when i was paying bill. I told her its on 40% off on display and then she asked me to pay discounted price with no apologies. No greeting, no smile, felt like served by dead person
The customer service we have received on Boxing Day was appaling. No exchange!
