βBig shout out to Barbara P., Anna S. and Chloe B. I have to tune in to the highest praises to the ladies at Premier Osteo. Having suffered from arthritis for of a decade and had an accident hurting the knee I feel much better after three treatments. The treatment covered all options: gentle approach, light impact and pushing kneecaps and hamstring back where it is supposed to be. Not entirely pain free yet, but so much better.β
βI was without hope, I saw no end to the pain I had for over 4 years. Iβd seen chiropractors, osteopaths, physio and even had a cortizone injection. Nothing helped. Until I found Toby and the team at the Featherston street pain clinic. I can truly say they gave me my life back. It was a long process and i was hesitant at first but as time went on and we tried different approaches I started to improve, till the point i am at now - Iβm able to bike, surf, gym and do normal activities, all things I honestly thought id never be able to do again pain. If youβre feeling lost and think there is no hope to the pain youβre facing, please see Toby & give him a chance! Thank you Toby & Team.β

βMy #1 address in Dunedin when it comes to holistic health. I had an osteopathic treatment with "Thierry Rey". I was suffering from severe back pain. After one session the pain was entirely gone. I could almost not believe it, after no-one had been able to help me before. Next day I went for an acupuncture treatment with "John Swift" to decrease the inflammation that had built up in my back muscles over time. He did an amazing job. During the session he explained every step, always asking if I am alright. He is incredibly knowledgeable and a wise man. Last but not least it needs to be said that the team at the reception does a fantastic job. I felt very welcome. Such lovely and attentive people. Thank you so much for helping me!β

βFor 3 years I was suffering from my leg injury and chronic pain, I won't walk properly. I was going down hill. Seen other physiotherapist but didn't work out and I was told I might not walk properly again, it was getting worst. Since the day I saw Matt, his treatment and rehabilitation changed my life, each month there was an improvement on my leg, now I can walk properly, run and no more chronic pain. Matt gave me new life and treated me with respect. I strongly recommend Matt to anyone, he is talented and physio expert. Recovery room got very talented and respectful staffs. Thank you so much.β

βOptimise were outstanding in helping me with sciatica caused by a prolapsed disc. I primarily saw Louise who was amazing and went well above and beyond my expectations. On one occasion Katy treated me when Louise wasn't available and I have no hesitation recommending either of them. At all times I felt that they genuinely care for their patients, and the treatment I received was absolute top notch. If you are reading these reviews trying to work out which physio to try, just give Optimise a call - I'm sure you won't regret it.β
