Optimise were outstanding in helping me with sciatica caused by a prolapsed disc. I primarily saw Louise who was amazing and went well above and beyond my expectations. On one occasion Katy treated me when Louise wasn't available and I have no hesitation recommending either of them. At all times I felt that they genuinely care for their patients, and the treatment I received was absolute top notch.
