   A big word of recommendation for Ingrid La Prou. She has been my yoga instructor and breathwork coach for several years. Always tailors her classes for our individual limits, very aware of hip, shoulder and knee limitations and always happy to discuss any concerns we may have with nutrition or niggly injuries and pain. I am more flexible, strong and my range of movement has vastly improved.

   I had shoulder pain for a long time, probably from my painting job. I tried physio and chiropractic, but the pain just wouldn’t go away. Then I went to see Gwen for acupuncture, and it made such a big difference! I felt so much relief and totally relaxed during the treatment. Honestly, her treatment has been the best so far. Highly recommend her!

   Big shout out to Barbara P., Anna S. and Chloe B. I have to tune in to the highest praises to the ladies at Premier Osteo. Having suffered from arthritis for of a decade and had an accident hurting the knee I feel much better after three treatments. The treatment covered all options: gentle approach, light impact and pushing kneecaps and hamstring back where it is supposed to be. Not entirely pain free yet, but so much better.

   I came to Holly at Premier Osteo about a year ago after I read a review on how amazing and different the experience was with her as an osteopath. I decided to put mine as well to pass it forward! By that time I've been searching for an osteo for quite some time and tried different offers, but couldn't find the one I would stay with. With Holly from the first visit I loved it. She helped me to recover from a very stressful period in my life, where my body was not in a good condition; helped to build my health plan and supported me on every step adjusting visits to suit my best. Now I feel so much better & have a routine to keep me up, and come to Holly as needed. She is a very energetic and positive person, so every appointment is like a boost for the body & a spark of joy.    I've been seeing Anna regularly for five months and look forward to my sessions with her, not just because I leave feeling physically better, but calmer and wiser too. She is awesome. Recently I've seen Holly for an injury. She was a miracle-worker. I went in basically not able to walk, and within a few days I'm 70% better and very grateful. I love the holistic, whole-body approach taken at Premier Osteo. Both osteos I've seen really take the time to investigate what's going on and treat the root cause as well as the symptoms. Trudy is also a lovely, welcoming and calm presence at reception.
