I went into the surgery excited & with a smile plastered across my face. I came out the same (except a little fatigued & with a tender belly this time!). Endometriosis is a viscous disease so I am really grateful people like Michael exist & have chosen this as their niche / profession. After the group classes my body felt light. It felt it moved how it is suppose to move - with ease. And that was great! In the One on One sessions Alina used her loving hands and knowledge to work on specific needs for my body. She helped me with my sitting position especially while driving the car.
