   We are small business owners who never expected to claim on any of our insurance policies. We had no appreciation as to how valuable these policies would be in times of crisis. Which unfortunately, has now occurred 3 x within our 4 years of trading. Brad not only managed everything insurance-wise but also helped set up our ACC, this has been a complete silver lining in these unforeseen events that unfortunately have been too familiar in our recent times. Let alone the financial payouts from the policy claims which relieve a huge amount of stress. Brad puts his customer's interest first, with his honest, straight up approach. He had us covered and when things went bad he’s been the first person I’ve called each time. Thanks Brad, you are a star.

   Brad has been my rock since I found out I had breast cancer ..He was easy to deal with and helpful from start to finish . It has been a pleasure meeting u and you are a very easy guy to deal with . I would highly recommend every one getting onto these insurances to find out what suits you ..You will not regret it..You never know what's around the corner with your health ..As I was shocked to find out I had cancer 12 months after getting insurance after buying my home . We decided on Trauma cover back then ..I never regretted that decision now.
