    I want to say thank you Alina for the session that I had on my birthday. I had a sence of a very tired low back. It hurt a bit and I always felt it. When I did my yoga morning routine or holding up my children I always remembered that I have this issue. So, I asked for a personal session with Alina. Firstly, I couldn't get what was going on, and just 20 minutes later (or so) , my body just got the right direction and I felt completely relieved. I was very much surprised and I felt joy and relaxation in all my body. I am writing this words a few weeks later after the session and I still don't have any pain in my low back, and it looks like my body lernt how should it move. Thank you so much Alina. I highly recommend her sessions and classes.

    Alina is an amazing instructor and you really get to feel the differences with her. I have done many of her online Feldenkrais classes and have been very beneficial for me in many ways!! I really loved how my body could completely relax, evenmore so than a yoga practice! Thank you so much Alina, and I look forward to many more online sessions with you in the future! If you haven't tried one, I highly recommend it! It's like a workout without really doing anything and your body loves every moment of it!

    The Feldenkrais method is very different to many other movement modalities I have tried. I have found this quiet form of movement useful in relaxing and releasing the sometimes unknown tension from both body and mind. Alina has been really helpful in increasing my understanding of how persistent chronic pain is often not about injury but about the brain thinking that it needs to protect you in someway. It is trying to be helpful but sometimes this help is a hinderance. Working with Alina presented me with an opportunity to work gently with the long-term over-use syndrome and chronic lower back conditions to help improve mobility and reduce pain. After stopping for a while and then coming back to the practice is realised how much it had helped with generally allowing my body to move with more ease.

    I can definitively recommend Alina's group classes and One on One sessions. It is remarkable how slow & gentle movements can support your body to move, stand, sit and rest in a better way! After the group classes my body felt light. It felt it moved how it is suppose to move - with ease. And that was great! In the One on One sessions Alina used her loving hands and knowledge to work on specific needs for my body. She helped me with my sitting position especially while driving the car. Not often we are aware how important a good posture in certain situations is. The difference was and still is incredible and I'm sooo happy to have learned so much from her. Thank you.
