But what made this experience truly unforgettable was the incredible service from one of their employees, Alice. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect size. When the size I needed was sold out at Commercial Bay, she immediately located it at another nearby store and arranged to have it put on hold for me. While this might be standard practice, her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care were anything but ordinary.
