I regularly purchase a product at the H2K shop in Northlands, and have done for years. They always have it in stock, and, in the face of inflation, have maintained its price, making it excellent value. The staff are always polite and helpful.
Good online shopping, easy click and collect
The middle aged lady at the counter is not very warm and always rushing to finish billing. A smile and some patience and small talk (just Hello how are you) while billing would be basic etiquette!

My mum speaks Mandarin, so I explained everything in the store to her on her first visit in New Zealand. It took a long time, but we didn't do anything rude besides talking in Chinese. When we finally decided which to buy, the cashier in her 40or 50 responded very impatient and lound: "what do you want", it was so awkward so that I still remember it clearly, even today. I never summon my courage entering that shop again, I only dare to purchase online ever since as they do have a range of good product.

This is a bright inviting shop. Everything is clearly set out and stocked with wide range of brands. The staff are have a good knowledge of their product and are happy to help with any questions. The shop is inside Northlands Mall so is handy to everything.
Good range of health food/supplements. Very helpful shop assistant, even though item required was not in stock took the time to check other local branches
