   Hi! I recently had the absolute pleasure of shopping at KOOKAÏ in Commercial Bay, and I cannot recommend this store enough! First of all, their clothing selection is amazing! For the first time in my life, I tried on a miniskirt that made me feel truly confident—and I’m beyond excited to wear it out. But what made this experience truly unforgettable was the incredible service from one of their employees, Alice. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect size. When the size I needed was sold out at Commercial Bay, she immediately located it at another nearby store and arranged to have it put on hold for me. While this might be standard practice, her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care were anything but ordinary. Alice truly made my day, and she’s the reason this shopping trip stands out as one of the best I’ve ever had. Thank you, KOOKAÏ, for a wonderful experience—I’ll definitely be back!

   Outstanding shop and staff! A little bit of story time: I’ve just arrived a few hours ago to New Zealand for the first time and unfortunately my suitcase didn’t make it with me. Since its arrival will be delayed for a couple of days, I’ve gone hunting for work appropriate clothes. After walking around for some time I was starting to feel a bit helpless… That’s when the amazing Gabriela comes in! The moment I entered the store, she greeted me in the nicest way and (probably seeing the jet lag in my eyes) proceeded to give me one of the best customer experiences of my life. Her support in selecting clothes, searching for the right color and size, and recommending other items based on what she’d seen me pick was just incredible. I ended up getting everything I needed to be ready to work on Monday. Today is Saturday - so thanks to Gabriela I can actually enjoy my first weekend here without worrying and losing time in more shops. Thank you for the professionalism, kindness and care! A true example to follow :)

   I had a wonderful shopping experience at this store. All of the staff were professional and helpful. They were passionate and genuine sales assistants. I had a lovely time and left the store feeling beautiful and happy after purchasing some truly stunning dresses. I am also glad the music in this store isn't blaring so I could actually relax and enjoy shopping. Thank you ladies!
