   he only reason they’re getting a 1 star is because the sales lady was nice. I bought a vape that dosnt do what it should do and the lady at the store asked for my bank details for a refund. I’ve sent 3 emails to their customer support over 2 weeks and haven't had a response from them. This is the worst after sale service I’ve experienced. I still have no refund or even an offer of store credit. Lucky for me there is another option in paraparaumu to buy a vape. Seems once they have your money your nothing to them. Definitely have not been recommending them to others

   I’ve visited several Shosha stores around Wellington, but this one truly stands out. The customer service here is exceptional, and the staff’s product knowledge is top-notch. Emmy helped me during my visit, and her expertise and professionalism were impressive. She clearly knows her stuff! I’ll definitely be coming back to this store for all my vape needs.

   To Shosha, the finest vape shop in all the land, I must sing praises for thy customer service grand. The staff were friendly, helpful, and oh so kind, They took the time to help me find the perfect vape that's just my kind. They explained the features and options with knowledge and passion, Leaving me feeling satisfied and filled with elation. The selection of products was also quite vast, With vapes and e-liquids and accessories aplenty at last. Clean and well-organized, the store was a pleasure to peruse, And the prices were fair, leaving me with nary a bruise. In short, my experience at Shosha was simply divine, I would recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect vape that's just fine. So here's to Shosha, the best vape shop around, May they continue to provide excellent service, never letting their customers down.
