“We had a heat pump HWC installed by Plumbers HB and would highly recommend their service. The HWC was installed soon after it had arrived in stock and was all done efficiently within one day. We are very pleased with the product. Subsequently we ended up with a leaking pipe (which was found to be unrelated to the installation), and Plumbers HB sent a plumber who fixed it ASAP even though they were all out on jobs. Great service”

“This shop is always pumping with customers. From novice to professional photographers to end consumers wanting bespoke services specific to their image printing requirements. We have a very special water colour painting in our family that we wanted to print a copy on to Canvas. Simon, Jono and the team went out of their way to look after us the make print look as authentic as they could. They looked after our treasured painting and treated it with respect when handling it to get the scan done as close as to perfection. I can highly recommend these guys for those special services on printing or transferring your family memories from multiple platforms and devices. Thank you so much for the great service and product. “I was really stressful and concerned about my cat who started to show signs of not being able to open her right eye and I was worried death. So I call first thing in the morning to book an appointment for her and all the clinics are fully booked. Even Herne Bay as well of course. But what I love about them is they don't just hang off the phone telling me there's no spot for my cat, instead they provided me with some useful information on what to do and they showed care to my cat's situation ♡ I'm really grateful for the lady who answered my call this morning;) she was super helpful and lovely! “Had my daughter’s 3rd Birthday here and it was honestly so incredible. Ryan and his team communicated everything so well, from the party room, to the decorations to what kind of food we wanted. The actual playground is clean and tidy and the viewing space for adults is big! You don’t feel crowded at all. We have gone to other indoor playgrounds before and the space is so cramped and uncomfortable! They have such a huge range of party decorations and themes and add on options for the parties it really is a one stop shop!! “Fun! Fun! Fun! This place is a real hidden gem. It isn’t expensive and there is so much to explore and do. My children, 1,, 2, 7, and 12 year old, absolutely loved the place and didn’t want to leave, and neither did the adults! It was nostalgic with an authentic old-school vibe packed with play ground equipment and things to do that you just don’t see anymore. The inventions are wonderful, creative, and educational. Prepare to go early and for the whole day which still won’t be enough time to explore everything. There is a great cafe too, if you don’t want to pack your own food.
