   All the consistent 5 star reviews don't lie. These guys have the right attitude, and I've worked with a load of kennels for my babies over 20 years all over the world. They possess a common sense balance between affection and responsible discipline, socialising, exercising, playing and relaxing in the right atmosphere tailored especially for your pooch. Our dogs journeyed 30,000km from Spain and arrived at their happy place here. I can't thank Tanja, Mark, their family and team enough for their attentive, kind and competent support. Could not recommend highly enough!

   Our high energy cockerspaniel had the best long weekend at Woodbury kennels. He came home tired and calm (by his standards) and smelt amazing! So happy to have found a place that suits him and his needs. Website and customer service was 10/10. Will definitely be back.

   Our 9m old puppy loved her stay. Acres and acres of running around and playing with other smaller dogs. Also stunning views. Loved seeing the daily updates on FB. She came home happy as can be! Quality Blackhawk food provided too. Very reassuring to have a great local kennel who cares about our pup. Thank you! We will book again!!

   Tanja and the team really looked after our border collie Fox so well. They have amazing facilities in a rural setting with wide open spaces for the dogs to run. I would def recommend them for your dog.

   Most recently, we had two dogs stay at Woodbury Kennels for 4 nights. The indoor kennel area has been immaculate every time we have visited, with heaps of outdoor space for the dogs to play and relax too. The team take great care of the animals entrusted to them - they take the time to understand each animal's individual needs and look after them as if they were their own dogs! Go check them out!

   One word... Brilliant! Woodbury Kennels is approx. 45min from Central Auckland and set on a 16 acre property that reminds me of a resort setting. The dogs are divided into large and small (to ensure sanity and safety is kept) and are housed in their own accomodation. The beds look super comfy and the are fed twice a day with Black Hawk dog food. Whilst we are on holiday, we love receiving Facebook updates - photos of our boy with the other guests... it give us extra assurance he is enjoying his break as much as we are enjoying ours. Through out the day they are able to play with the other dogs of their size in their large grounds. On pickup, whilst I cannot comment for all dogs, ours gets washed, all ready for his reunion back home with the family. Summary: Woodbury Kennels is a place you can leave your fur baby to have a holiday of their own whilst you kick back and relax on your holiday in knowing your babies will be well and truly taken care of and have the best time of their lives without breaking your bank account. I have no hesitation in recommending Woodbury and I personally will continue to book Wilson in for his holiday. 5 Stars!
