The team is friendly, professional, and always made me feel comfortable. Dr. Claudia was thorough, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. I was keen on going to Bachman Orthodontics based on their sweet as reviews. However, it turned out to be a horrible experience. They are rude, have no manners, treated my daughter poorly and are quite overpriced. Donβt waste your time or money, if I could give Bachman Ortho 0 stars I would. Dr Timmins in Rothesay Bay is the best!

Bachmann Orthodontics is initially one of the best places to go to if you are in need of braces, and the treatment there is exceptionally high-quality, as well as the place being extremely clean.
We were grateful for the opportunity to attend Bachmann through the need of a mouthguard for Sports. Service was amazing! Flexible, courteous, relevant with up to date technology and fast turn around. No mould impressions needed made the whole experience a breeze. Will definitely be back!

Couldn't ask for better! The team at Bachmann Orthodontics provided excellent service during the several years that I had braces fitted. Communication was excellent: I was provided prompt and detailed answers to my questions (via email) prior to treatment, and was given a thorough run through of care procedures during treatment. I've even been given excellent post-treatment advice (now that's customer service!). When I needed to change my appointment time at short notice, I was always met with a prompt, friendly and accommodating reply. The facilities are modern and very comfortable, there's plenty of parking outside, and all of the staff are professional and kind. Highly recommended!
