Her classes are inspirational - each session commencing with Belinda giving an explanation of what areas and systems she is focusing on for that class. Each dance is demonstrated and its beneficial components explained further throughout the movement. Belinda also elaborates on the links between the physical and emotional aspects of the movements and how they are related to the rhythm of the music for each piece. As participants she reminds us off the importance of the brain to develop new neural networks which can only serve to benefit participants further. Belinda gains the trust of her pupils so they work hard to meet her expectations. She uses praise constantly and does not criticise or cajole her students. She encourages them to do what they feel they can best achieve within the limitations of their Individual conditions. The class benefits from her physicality, musicality and sense of spirituality as well as her great sense of rhythm. She loves to heighten the mood of a dance by adding vocalisations to give special emphasis to sections of the music that she particularly enjoys or wants stressed. Her special talents combined with her enthusiasm for life and her compassion, concern and consideration for and of her pupils as individuals make Belinda an unforgettable, excellent dance teacher. Not having a foundation in dance, I have a lot of questions and the team do such a brilliant job of answering them - or preempting them with detailed communication. Our dancer is so happy to attend each week, adores her teacher and the friends she has made. She has shown growth in not only her dance but in her poise, confidence and desire to learn. The teaching is well structured and the teachers are passionate about their craft. The standards and rules within the studio environment help create a cohesive vibe - and the special dress up days are a highlight each term!”

“Really great Tennis and Squash Club. Suzie the club manager is awesome and great to deal with as are the rest of the club committee. The hard courts have just been repainted, new Astro courts and squash courts have just had the lines redone along with new iPads and screens for scoring. Watching the games from the top floor with a beer is awesome as well. There is interclub and coaching for the kids and loads of events happening during the week like men’s doubles, woman’s doubles, mixed doubles, and club champs. Highly recommend registering whether you’re a beginner or seasoned pro.”

“The studio is the best pole and aerial sports studio in Hamilton. The studio has three spacious rooms with many options such as pole dancing, hoops, hammocks and yoga. All of the staff and students are lovely and inviting. If it is your first time, you'll be well looked after. The studio has a great variety and number of classes and practice times in comparison to other studios. They can also host hens parties and they do occasional showcases. I've been at the studio for nearly a year and never have I ever felt more at home.”
