    Booked technician to come check out leaking dishwasher. He looked like he had no idea what he was doing. Rounded out screws because he used an impact drill. Said it was probably the element and motor (very expensive), then when trying to remove it from my house dropped it down my steps. I asked for it to be returned and got Fisher & Paykel out to repair, they diagnosed the fault within few minutes and said it was very obvious where the leak was coming from. replaced the part on site, even replaced the screws that Lawrence/5Star/Appliance repair company tech ruined and still sent me a bill for $200. Get Real. Tried to rip me off and damagedmy property? Terrible outfit. Avoid.

    I just called this company to send out a technician to look at my front loading washing machine. On first impressions, the person I spoke with was so helpful (I think her name was Elsie). She made my day with her advice!!! Well done Lawrence’s!

    Didn’t tell me his two minute cleaning a blocked pipe would cost $120 otherwise I would not of called them . They told me Miele product was under warranty.

    I have been get this service from Harvey Norman to fix my stove. They give me the time was between 9-12 and 1-5 I can't use the stove to cook. My family cook the food between 12-1. They shown up about 12.40 and left. After they send me the bill for call out fee $80+. Can any one tell me what was I done wrong? I have been talking to the manger for more than 3times now. She refused to give me the apologies as they did not do anything wrong. They cancelled the bill is for the relationship with Harvey Norman. It's not for their fault. 2days after they fix the right rear cook top, both the right rear and front cook top have the same problem happening. The manager told me that can be happening. My goodness what kind of service and professional this company is!!!! really poor everything,need a new manager to keep customers.

    They didn't have what I wanted and even if they did I'm sure it would have been out of my price range. Places like this rely on MSD accepting their prices.. they don't care that it's deducted out of low income families

    This company you should avoid. Especially since they started business with 5 star. They are not very responsive to queries you have when they send you a quote. Trying to bill you for more things than that are in need of repair. When you finally get the invoice they hassle you that your bill payment is overdue after they only emailed it to you in the morning

    Two words to describe this place UTTERLY USLESS. As always when i choose a place i First read the reviews and there was a few bad ones relating to poor customer service/contact. I thought maybe its just a few off occasions BUT i was wrong same thing has happened to me. Took my washing machine in for them to look at. At first i was impressed by the friendly staff who greeted me but that's where it stopped. Has been a month and no follow ups or calls to say oh hey we are still waiting on parts. Called after 3 weeks to check progress and was told the part had not come in yet. i asked can you call the supplier and find out an eta as you know how tough it is being a single dad with a 3 year old child is. Was told he waited on the phone for 20 min and still did not get a answer. I asked well send a email and find out. Over a week as passed and still no contact from them. As someone in the service industry myself i would never let my customers down as much as this place has and i have been on the phone for hours chasing up parts and making sure the customer is kept in contact with People don't go here They can not provide a reasonable level of customer service
