I’ve completely forgotten her name but I remember she had brown hair in a ponytail and was working in the afternoon. She was so kind and answered all of my questions about placement with patience and was lovely to talk to and so kind and careful. She lined up and pierced my ears perfectly and did an amazing job! I adore the book level, it's essentially a quality second hand bookshop with op shop prices. If you find yourself at one of these spaces, ask the way to the other as it's not obvious. I don't live in Ōtepoti, however, go there semi-regularly. I drove past the lower level a few times, eventually made time to stop in. I'd gone in few times before a staff member asked me if I knew about the upper level.”
