Had an amazing experience with Yunca , what a great team in Dunedin. Our 25 tear old woodburner was burning thru wood too quickly.. with Millie and Chris's help and a few pics and videos diagnosed that the door seal needed replacing.. what a great fix. Very happy customer. Peter
Brought a new monte fire good fire Yunca were helpfull and accommodating but one of there installers were appalling fire was not centred on the hearth or in the centre of the pattern wall behind the fire. And the new flashing on my new $20,000 roof was also crooked gave me a small discount off price but told me that he thought the install was exceptional. Not impressed.
Had product in stock and was very helpful with other information needed
I have had 2 people who work there, Chris and Rei give me champagne service. I only went in to get ladder tape for the fire and they went above and beyond and assembled the door so all I had to do was attach the door to my firebox. What fabulous staff. Def deal with them again. Amazing people

Checked open hours for Saturday on web site traveled an hour only to find not open extremely disappointed.
Wonderful experience. Showed the lady the photo of the broken part and she was yep that is this part. Yes we have it available. Friendly and so very helpful.
