   I stopped by for a few sessions while in Dunedin for the holiday season and I have to say Lilli is the best pilates instructor I've had, and I've tried other studios and instructors overseas! Her calm, friendly and supportive style makes the Pilates workout so much more enjoyable. Her sessions always leave room for challenging our bodies (in a good way!) and I always leave the studio feeling energized and excited about the next workout! Highly recommend!

   Our business won a class for 10 people as part of an Instagram competition that Reform Dunedin were running. Hazel (the owner and teacher) was an absolute legend. Most of those who attended had never taken part in a Reformer Pilates class before and Hazel was a fantastic teacher who guided us newbies through the motions with technique and humour. We feel very lucky to have been given the opportunity and we know this new business will be a huge success!

   I tried the welcome offer with the 3 classes for $30, and it was such a great discovery! The Pilates studio is really well set up, with plenty of space so you don’t bump into anyone while moving. The reformer Pilates machines are very well equipped, everything is designed to make the session enjoyable! The different instructors are very kind and attentive, thank you!
