Working away from home and broke the speaker wire on one of the aids. Walked in off the street and the ladies replaced both wires within an hour. Sorted me out with new buds and wax guards as well and even though Triton weren't my original provider (original provider had closed down) they set me up in the Triton system and I paid for the repairs. Two days later the payment was returned to my account as the ladies organised for the repairs to be covered under ACC. Thankyou ladies, your professionalism and willingness to help me out at short notice was very much appreciated.
