“Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and people and comfortable rooms. Brilliant food.”
“It's a undergrade students hostel. It has 37 apartments, each has 6 rooms. They are safe, warm and comfortable. Each apartment also has a kitchen / lounge area where residents socialise, relax and may prepare snack meals. For breakfast, there's a choice of cereals, breads, fruit and at least one hot dish every day. For lunch and dinner, there's a choice of mains with a vegetarian option always available. Fruit, vegetables, self-serve salads, desserts and a variety of drinks help to make meal times enjoyable and social occasions. Additionally, They provide so many things like bike-car parking, exercise room, laundry room and library too. This is the ideal place to live honestly.”
“Nice ambience and staff are helpful”
“Lovely our daughter had a great first year, we felt she was well looked after, it has great facitilities, in hall activities and staff.”
“The benevolent warlock who works here ensures no rogue spirits nor curses linger in the halls of Hayward. His command of magic means that where other halls have the haunting calls of past souls at night, hayward instead remains in peaceful silence. Although the warlock is an often overlooked member of staff in contemporary society, Hayward affirms how important a single warlock can be on the living standards of a residence.”
“Extremely friendly and informative staff. Neat and good accommodation.”
“Great environment, everyone is extremely kind”
“The auditorium is a fabulous facility.”
“Certainly a fun place to spend your first year as a student. The biggest university hall out of the lot, you get to meet a lot of new people and make plenty of friends. The grounds are so big you can easily get lost when you are new there. The rooms are small as expected but that's all you really need as a student. The toilets are unisex which can take a bit of getting used to. The food was very good and it was fun staying on the 8th floor which had a great view!”
“Great college and staff. So close to campus...”
“Residential College at Otago University. Great staff!!”
“Excellent experience, great environment”
“Attended the End of Year School of Ballett concert, it was fabulous”
“Excellent place to stay, 5 minutes walk to the New World supermarket and 15 minutes from the downtown at the Octagon. Common (free/payless) laundry and computer rooms available. Eduroam is working and ready to use for university students enrolled at the Eduroam-allied universities.”
“I recently completed the 10 week relaxation course through Lotus College which I thoroughly enjoyed. Sandy is very knowledgeable and I feel privileged to have been able to learn from her. In this course you learn to give a full body relaxation massage that takes around 1.5 hours. In each class you learn the moves required for a particular area and also information about the muscle groups. To be successful in this class, you must practice in your own time. Thank you Sandy ❤️ Much love, Beth”
“Fantastic view from this college”
“Amazing people who are the most helpful, caring and treat you like family”
