    Purchased some shoes here. I explicitly asked about the return policy and was told “just take it back in before 14 days” and explicitly told the employee that I would be wearing them out the shop. When I tried to return the shoes after wearing them for half an hour I was told “we can’t take shoes that have been worn”. Very understandable policy, but left me feeling very misled on their returns policy. They need to explain it clearly when asked about it explicitly!

    Even though I didn't end up buying shoes, I had such a great experience with salesperson Lucy I felt I had to leave a review. Lucy is an absolute gem of a person - very warm, friendly and engaging and even though I was one of 'those' nuisance customers trying on about 4 pairs but not happy with anything (through no fault of Lucy) she remained patient and helpful. I'll certainly be going back but in the meantime, please give Lucy a raise Merchant - she's an absolute credit to your business!
