“I contacted Jolene a few years ago because she was recommended by a friend, she assisted us then with a booking and made it so easy that we emailed to assist us with this trip. she is very helpful and easy to communicate with - we have never met all bookings completed via emails and a couple of phone calls. She always replies quickly and provided a few choices in flight classes and prices as requested which must make more work for her, so very gratefully for this. Only for me to add stopovers, hotels and transfers before finalizing the booking. I have now recommended her to other friends.”

“Just come back from a wonderful trip to Fiji, USA & Canada. Jared gave me plenty of advice and signed me up on the House of Travel App. The Raddison in Fiji was a great choice and started our trip off perfectly , probably should have stayed there longer. Stopped off in San-Francisco before catching the cruise to Alaska from Vancouver. The advice from Jared to use Princess cruises was correct. We had a great time, the ship, entertainment and food was superb. All flights were confirmed and no changes were required”

“We have just been on a 16 day trip to Vietnam. We had an amazing holiday. Our accommodation was fantastic at each of our destinations and the transfers that we booked made life so easy getting to and from where we stayed. From the minute we sat down with Nicole to plan our trip to when we flew home was fabulous. Nicole really helped us plan a holiday that gave us everything we were looking for. We had a flight changed at the last minute by the airlines and the team at World Travellers got our new flights and accommodation all sorted. We were really relaxed the whole trip knowing that if anything went wrong we only had to call Nicole and the World Travellers team and any problem would be solved. Although we have check this activity off the proverbial "Bucket-List", they have made us consider returning to expound on the great experience. “What a fantastic space to carve your own pounamu and learn more about the culture and craft behind NZ jade:- by designing, sanding and polishing your own piece to wear or to gift! My partner and I booked a slot on a last minute basis on a rainy day and we had an excellent time hosted by Jan and Nevada, who guided us when needed to make our own tokis. Highly recommended activity to do in Franz Josef. Only feedback would be if the cuts of jade/stones available for choosing was a wee bit bigger or easier to find around the studio, but else it was a fantastic afternoon at Te Koha Also their beloved family dogs are so friendly too!”
