She communicated with me through email when needed to keep me informed of all necessary arrangements and logistics. The room is nice and clean with a private bathroom. I can choose the breakfast I need every morning.”

“Always a great experience with OurVets, they are accommodating with bookings and have fit us in last minute several times over the years, and the team really care about our dogs, always greeting them when we come in and the vets being very thorough with our consults. The reception team are lovely and I wish I knew their names but one of the ladies in particular has been so helpful with the process of transferring our dogs' info over as we move to Aus. Really appreciate it!”

“I believe Nicky's main business is her dog walks but I used her pet taxi and it was great. She turned up on time and got my dog and I to the right place. She's clearly very competent with animals and the other dogs in the van obviously got on well with her.”

“The owner is passionate, caring, and really accommodating albeit a bit crazy (I mean that lovingly). The room smelled great and was clean. This my fault for not reading clearly, but the room doesn’t have air con and there is no fan. I just came from Antarctica and therefore super hot- maybe it wouldn’t have been a big deal otherwise. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THROUGH A THIRD PARTY- Agoda made things really difficult for the owner and me by overbooking. The location was good for me due to what I needed but it’s a bit far from central. With everything said, I’d stay here again for the owners genuine.”

“Super stoked with Peppas (sproodle) groom from Aurora. Excellent communication before our appt and she asked lots of question to encase she knew exactly what we wanted. I didn't make it easy for her as I only knew what we didn't want lol. Very pleased with what we came back to after being away, which also made it super easy, as no extra trip to the groomers :-)”

“I thought it would be cold in the South Island in winter, but instead it was sunny and tree-lined. I'm in Lincoln, staying at Chateau Pritchard. It's not far from Christchurch, but it's quieter than Christchurch. There's a famous university here, Lincoln University. It is easy to drive to various attractions from here. The owners are an amiable couple with their gentle dog. I loved walking barefoot on the grass in their garden in the morning, listening to the birds singing and soaking up the sun. At night we sat in the open-air SPA bathtub and looked up at the skyfull of stars. Barbara, the owner of the house, a lady with a sweet smile, can cook all kinds of delicious food. During our stay, she gave us a lot of help, just like our relatives. I highly recommend it and would choose to stay here next time if I had the chance.”

“The rooms are a bit small but the amenities are great. The staff was friendly and location was right in city centre, only an 8 minute walk to the bus station. The soap dispensers were weird though, you have to squeeze the bottle”

“My husband and I had a wonderful three night stay here. The accomodation was luxurious and incredibly spacious. Fukiko was so kind and welcoming, we had wonderful conversations each morning over the beautiful breakfasts she prepared. The Japanese onsen was also such a treat! Thank you for looking after us so well!”
