   I went there on my honeymoon. Honestly, I don't speak English well, so we couldn't really talk much, but I could really feel their kindness. It's been nine years since we last visited, but I still remember it vividly. And the lemon tree in front of our first-floor room is so memorable. The scenery was beautiful.

   We absolutely LOVED this place!! So much so we are returning to NZ again this year and we will be seeing if we can stay again. We felt so welcome by Gaye and loved the charm and character of the rooms. The breakfast was amazing too!! It is located outside of Christchurch so definitely need to have hired a car, but was handy for us being a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

   We had such a lovely, personable stay at Huntingdon Grange where my parents and I spent my birthday night before flying out the following day. If you're looking for a classic B&B experience, this is it—with the added bonus of the farm and stunning property. Gaye and Lindsay were welcoming hosts who ensured we were comfortable and offered helpful recommendations for the area and where to enjoy dinner. Breakfast was an abundant spread of delicious options, and Gaye was super accommodating to my dairy allergy. My parents and I also enjoyed a stroll around the farm, which felt like a slice of peace and tranquility just outside the city. We would definitely return!
