   I have been going to Petersens since 2015. Ariel was amazing at what she does at that time. She sourced multiple jewelleries for me from bracelets, rings to earrings. Definitely a gem for Bush Inn. No pun intended haha

   I had a great experience at Petersens Jewellers. I had been looking everywhere for a new watch strap to no avail. I went in this morning and had a new watch strap and battery within 10 mins. Highly recommend.

   I asked the staff member many times to guide me on choosing the right size when I resized my engagement ring and she would not help me get the size right. She gave me no support. I now have a really small engagement ring which she blamed on me for choosing the wrong size. She then put me off getting it resized correctly by making it sound like it would cost an exorbitant amount to fix. And suggested that if it’s too small, that I just not wear my engagement ring. She did not have good customer services skills and never congratulated us on our engagement.

   I am IN LOVE with my wedding ring. I saw this on Petersen's website and it was like nothing I had seen before. After a long and extensive search for a ring that would be my wedding ring, I came across this beauty and knew this was the one for me. I wanted something a little out of the ordinary, but that I could wear daily which will go with anything I wear, as well as compliment my tamoko which it does brilliantly. Everybody that has seen my ring is in love with it as well, but they can find their own rings lol. Thank you so much Claudia and team for keeping in touch with me the last few months so ensure my ring would fit perfectly on our special day. Our day was perfect and you guys had a big part to play in this. Although I am in Auckland and your team is in Christchurch, all comms were seamless, friendly, prompt and clear. The ring was sent safely to my workplace and I am going to wear it forever. Thanks again so much ♥️
