If I could give 0 starts I would ! ! Took my partners phone in to get fixed . 2 days later screen blacked out took it back in to get fixed again . Man at the counter was very rude and obnoxious !! They didn’t have the screen to fix the phone so I went out to Rolleston branch they said they could fix it and for me to pick it up the next day . The next day rolls around I pick my phone up walked to the car to see if phone was working within 2 minutes of being on the phone, phone starts playing up again ! Do you not check the phone to see if it’s in working order before you give them back and on top of the that the phone it self was covered in glue all around the back and the edges . Took the phone back in and told them. Now they said it may be another issue ? If checks where done before hand of giving phone back this could have avoided . Looking into the phone more there are random picture in the phone which where never there before hand? Which I find very weird …. Yet when confronted about them they had no idea . Don’t waste your money here $280 gone for nothing but a broken phone back that was meant to be fixed properly the first time . …..
