“This is one of my favourite stores in Canterbury to find lovely pieces of clothing and beautiful homewares and gifts. They have constantly changing stock and wonderful helpful staff who go the extra mile to help you find those special pieces. They are great at couriering things if I can’t pay a visit but it is fun to drive out to Rangiora and have lunch in a cafe afterwards with a girlfriend when I have time.”

“I went to Sketchers Tower Junction today with my Mum as we both wanted walking shoes, no one in store when we entered and a girl stood at the counter but avoided eye contact and did not greet us or offer assistance. I decided to find shoe sizes and basically serve myself and my Mum. When I did this we were suddenly assisted by a lovely friendly young woman, we were given exceptional service from Georgia (the manager). We ended up buying three pairs of shoes and I was happy with the service we received from Georgia and complimented her as we left. It’s a shame that other staff member wasn’t up to serving us today.”
