“In the past, on separate trips to Seed I have left feeling judge and like I was a burden by one person in particular (who I have not seen in a while). However, all the other staff working on those particular days have always been incredibly friendly and helpful. I continue to shop at Seed for the quality in their clothing. Fast-forward to today, best customer service ever. Lee was incredibly helpful, nothing was too much effort, she went above and beyond. All the staff working today were very friendly and approachable. When customers have a positive experience, it can make a ton of difference from leaving the shop with a full bag of new clothes (as I did today). In comparison to "just browsing" and leaving empty handed. Great work Lee and all the staff that were working today :).”

I am so pleased to see that they have clearly taken on feedback and improved the service to customers. I used to feel a bit judged when walking in there, but on the last few occasions I have been greeted with a cheerful hello, followed by no pressure attentive service. Most people would have shaken their heads and put it in the "too hard" basket. Not Jas. She rang Australia, spoke to the store that had the shoes, and arranged for me to order them online to make sure that I got them. Then...she rang me a few days later to see how I had got on. “Good place for women's clothing. Most of the time will have sales going on. Or at least 10% off full price garments at all times of u are a registered customer. I recently bought a kimono that was faulty, I had it for 4 weeks, only just noticed the faults. They were so kind going extra miles getting me a replacement as it was almost end of the line. They went to check in the storage and had to go to another store to pick one up for me so I will get it quicker than posting. For this level of customer service it's hard not to shop with them all the time!! Highly recommend.”
