“My business, Companion Wheels, provides driving and companionship to people across Christchurch. I have many clients who want to take their time to look and feel garments rather than going online all the time. One of my clients, who worked in the garment industry before retirement, wanted to update her wardrobe and asked that I take her to Caroline Eve in Eastgate Mall as that was relatively close to her retirement village. One of the staff, Sarah, was incredibly helpful and understanding of my client's needs. She knew the stock and could judge well what size would be best. She was all over the shop getting different styles and sizes and patterns for my client to try. Well done Sarah! More often than not I feel like complaining about how my clients are treated but you were fantastic. You understood that even older ladies are interested in how they look and what suits them; so many people write off older clients but Caroline Eve really caters for many age groups. Well done and thank you.”
