“I had a wonderful experience today in David Jones (women’s wear) Newmarket. BIG shout out to Kate who was a delight! - Genuine, honest, so polite and professional. We had a good chat about choosing the right colours to wear. Gave me a few tips on how to find out, instead of telling me what I wanted to hear. Made me sad that I was the only customer who had been nice to her all day. Come on people! Be kind! Would you like someone being unkind to a member of your family? Think about it. These lady’s (and gentlemen) work incredibly hard. The store is immaculate, the changing rooms are spotless and the best lighting I have ever experienced. Thank you also to the lady (didn’t get her name) who gave me a refund on an item. It was a seamless procedure. I Ended up purchasing another item in the end!! David Jones is probably my new favourite store. Can’t wait to shop there again.”

I believe that what makes a good impression of a brand is their prompt customer engagement and I can say that the Nicole Rebstock has got that down! At the Commercial Bay store, I received useful styling advice for my shoes that was relevant to my wardrobe and that made me excited to be able to see my outfits come to life with the right shoes. As a matter of fact, I have bought shoes online for a last minute event. They shipped out the shoes on the same day of my order and I received it the next day right on my doorstep! These shoes are beautifully crafted, I have worn them at work for long hours and taken them out on nights out and they have served me well and will continue too. I will continue to support this brand. :)”

I came into the store to get a better sense of hiking shoe sizing after buying some Merrells elsewhere and being uncertain if I'd got the correct size. Deidre was incredibly helpful, helped me try on some different sizing and width options to really get a good sense of what worked for my foot. She knew her stuff too so had great tips, despite my not having purchased shoes there. I'm going to be returning my shoes for a different Merrell option that works for foot but wished I had come here first. Deidre, thank you so much! Next time I'll come straight to you.”
