My advice to anyone shopping for footwear at Milford mall would be to avoid Merchant 1948. My wife was treated extremely rudely by staff members there as was I when I rang to complain. Staff refused to honour their previous promise to refund or credit note an unsuitable purchase and were passive aggressive to me. We have previously purchased stock from this company but will be avoiding in the future. There are many other quality footwear stores in Auckland that will get our money and custom .
