    Bought the Frame pant and a few weeks later the seam started giving way at the front. Got my dressmaker to fix them (as I didn’t want to wait 2 weeks for Moochi to fix them, and they had no more in stock), she said they had started to go at the back too, so she reinforced them. I sent an email to Customer Services as a follow up and FYI about the fabric they use might not be suitable - heard nothing back. $350 item and no response. Even followed up, still nothing. Disgusting.

    I returned an item that was too big and the saleswoman looked me up and down and said I was "not that small". The passive aggression was unexpected and unnecessary! Won't be shopping at moochi again.
