“I stayed here for one night before my international flight the next morning. The manager was really nice and kindly arranged a shuttle to the airport for just $10, based on my flight time, which was super convenient. I accidentally left my phone charger in the room but had to rush for my flight. After I returned to New Zealand, I contacted them and they were incredibly kind—they had kept my charger safe and returned it to me. Really appreciate their honesty and helpfulness. A great place to stay, especially if you’re flying out of the airport!”

“I cannot say enough superlatives about our stay at the Parnell Garden Suite. Susan is the most gracious host and has thought of every single detail that a traveler may need. We were pleasantly surprised with a well-stocked kitchen with numerous breakfast items that lasted all four days of our stay. The unit is immaculate and decorated in a very modern fashion. Susan was communicative and accommodating. She lives right above the property and very easy to contact with questions. We stayed in over 8 different properties during our stay in New Zealand and Susan's place was one of our favorites!”

“We can highly recommend Harbour View Cottage for a place to stay for a night or two as we did once when returning from an overseas trip, and again for a family reunion. The cottage is charming, quaint, clean, reasonably priced and quiet and the hosts couldn't have been more helpful. We plan to go back again soon as there's the huge Factory shopping complex all in walking distance. It's a lovely spot even for a night's hideaway..”
