Anyone visiting the clinic should ask for the general health advice regardless of what problems they are having. Dr Cha and Alice, the aroma therapist, are the most down to earth people. Unlike most other clinics having exact 30 mins consultation booking, Dr Cha and Alice wouldn't mind taking more time during the consultation even if you have the most complicated health issues as long as you get the best treatment and service. “A beautiful space with people who really care about other people. They have both male and female staff, all with great experience and qualifications to listen and provide appropriate models of care. Just give them a call. They also have courses run free for the community if you require, or want a group experience and there's always laughter from the rooms they are in, that I have overheard but not tried.....yet. counselling is so helpful for my issues and my counsellor provides the holistic healing I need. I really hope this helps someone else.”

“I had my first eye surgery in September and I couldn’t be more grateful of Dr. Meyer and his team who took such amazing care of me. I was so nervous (as anyone would be with their eye) about the procedure and they really listened and were so understanding and accommodating to my needs. Erin who was Dr Meyers Optometrist was so kind and empathetic, she took the time to give me a number of phone calls to answer all of my questions and concerns and even gave me a call post-op to check in on how I was doing, which was very much appreciated. The medical secretaries were also incredibly lovely and so quick to respond with any questions I had to pass onto Dr Meyer and any changes in my appointments, etc. Overall, I feel very looked after thanks to the team at Eye Institute.”
