Amazing yoga meditation session facilitated by the fabulous Valeska. It was my first time doing yoga meditation and I found it incredibly restorative and relaxing. Highly recommend booking a session.

Amazing. We were looking for a session to "close" our small group Day long group event on Waiheke and chose WMS almost at random. One of the best random decisions ever! Valenska (and her delightful dog Angel) led our group of 6 through a wonderful yoga session followed by a 15-20 minute sound bath. It was the highlight of the day for everyone. The venue is so lovely and very "Waiheke". 110% recommendation.
